What to Get Mom for Mother’s Day? I Need Your Help

Mothers day is approaching fast and I still don't know what to get my Mom this year. I suppose a certificate for her favorite restaurant would work? Maybe a bouquet of fresh flowers? The only problem is I've gotten her those things in the past.

What other things would Mom like? I asked her once and she said "you don't have to get me anything, your love is enough."
