White Castle Frozen Burger Recall

The FDA is recalling over 1,000 cases of their Original Sliders frozen burgers that you would find at any grocery store.

Reason being that, even though the box says Original, inside may contain the Japeno Cheese Sliders.

This becomes an undeclared allergen issue as the Original Sliders box doesn't say anything about cheese as, well, they're not supposed to contain cheese. However, when there's this mix up on the Original Sliders and, instead, it's the Jalapeno Cheese Sliders, it could be very serious to those who take a bit into one when they're sensitive to products like this.

The Jalapeno Cheese Sliders from White Castle contain both milk and soy which are considered major allergens which can cause serious health issues by those who might accidentally eat one. Even just a bite of one can do serious damage.

How To Tell if Your White Castle Originals are Part of the Recall

Look for these 4-count Original Sliders:

  • UPC of 0-82988-02969-3
  • Best-by date April 18, 2026
  • Lot codes 9H203521 or 9H203522.
  • If you have this in your freezer right now, you're advised to return for a refund.

So far, one illness was reported due to this. Please don't be the second. Check your freezer and check with the FDA for more info.
