Yakima Lines Up for the Reopening of ROSS Dress for Less [VIDEO]
The Yakima Valley was stuck in phase 1 for so long, many were just itchin' to get out and do some shopping. When they announced ROSS Dress for Less was reopening in a modified phase 1 to make it safe for shoppers, people were excited. Samantha grabbed some quick video to show exactly what the line looked like this morning.
