Yakima Valley Museum Toasts ‘The Dude’ at Fundraising Event
The Yakima Valley Museum is celebrating Jeff “The Dude” Lebowski -- El Dudarino, if you're not into the whole brevity thing -- at an upcoming fundraiser.
“An Evening with the Dude” will take place Saturday, Sept. 21, from 5-10 p.m. at the Museum, 2105 Tieton Drive in Yakima.
The evening will include a screening of the Coen brothers’ cult classic film "The Big Lebowski," bowling games, a photo booth, a silent auction and raffle of a Persian rug – to tie the whole event together.
Food and drink (including white Russians!) will be available for purchase and you are encouraged to come dressed as your favorite Lebowski character. Admission is $10 per person and $15 at the door. Tickets are limited and available online at yvmuseum.org/events. All attendees must be 21 and show valid ID at the door.
