You Need to Try This ‘Quesadillo’ at the Newest Mexican Restaurant in Yakima

A quesadilla is kind of a grilled tortilla filled with cheese and sometimes meat.

This quesadillo is some next level amazingness!

There is a new Mexican restaurant in town that has dishes I've never even hear of. When I saw it was opening at the start of the new year, I knew I had to check it out.

And with so many amazing new dishes for me to try, it'll give me reason to keep coming back again and again.

Where is this new Mexican restaurant in town?

This new Mexican restaurant is aptly named Quesadillo. You can find this place in side the Sunshine Mart gas station on 68th and Tieton.

In the month of January they were even advertising $1 tacos. Sounds good to me!

They have several items on the menu that I don't typically see in most places. Koritas, Huarache, Pellizcada, Alambre, and the items you're already familiar with and ones you love like tacos, burritos, fajitas, and a lot more.

We also ordered these Mulitas.

They were absolutely fantastic. Definitely worth trying, too.

BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery.
