My friend Brad and I love Chinese food and we stumbled upon this little place called Keoki's. We both workout at Achieve Health and fitness at 18th Lincoln, and right next door is this great place to grab a quick bite to eat with our favorite kind of food.
I ordered chicken chow mien and fried rice along with sweet and sour pork and shrimp. It was delicious as Brad says. Above is the actual photo of my lunch.
I keep seeing people posting and talking about "Earth Day." I became curious as to what it actually is and why it got started.
I can make the obvious connection to the green movement and being environmentally friendly. Here are the results of my research on Earth Day...
Thanks to major fundraising efforts by Yakima’s Sunrise Rotary Club, construction is almost complete on a pavilion at Franklin Park valued at $200,000, which will serve as a home for family picnics and community events as well as a stage for the City’s summer concert series, the Yakima Folklife Festival, etc.
Growing up I had always heard sayings from my Grandma and Grandpa and my Dad. These are saying that you swore you'd never say or use...well, at least that's what you thought. Here are just a few of these pearls from the past.

I thought this video might have been a fake but I guess anything is possible with training. Shows you how smart dogs are...Check it out!
Dog, Beth and their son Leland are making their return to television this Sunday on CMT. If you don't remember Dog the Bounty Hunter had a very successful series on A&E, but he made a few racial comments while he was being recorded during a family argument. Those comments ended up costing him his show on the network, well that is until now.
Another beautiful weekend is on tap for the Yakima Valley and there my be a few things you may have forgotten to do in preparation for Spring.
Come to 1801 Birchfield Rd from 12pm to 8pm and hang out in The Baling Room at Bale Breaker Brewing Company for thier all-day grand opening party.
Spring is one of my favorite times of the year, you have more sunshine and longer days. The grass starts to turn green and flowers and trees blossom. The only downside is allergies.
I've been taking zyrtec for most of my allergy symptoms, but that wasn't solving the problem of my dry itchy eyes. After consulting with my doctor he determined that some special eye drops would help.
Carrie Underwood posted a picture on Facebook of her hand with a red x painted on it. She is joining the fight of the group called End It. Here is what their mission is
