Family gatherings, such as weddings, often touch our deepest emotions and leave memories -- good or bad -- that can last for generations.

So imagine the pressure today's Couples Court plaintiff, a bride-to-be, feels ...

Dear Rik and Michele:
My parents are divorced and are both remarried. My stepfather has been in my life since I was 8. I love and respect him as if he were my real father.
I'm getting married in two months and don't know who should walk me down the aisle -- my father or my stepfather. I rarely speak to my father and have little to do with him. He has never been there for me.
I am close with my grandmother, who is his mother. She is begging me to choose him as the one who walks me down the aisle.
I don't know what to do! I'm freaking because I don't want to disappoint anyone! What's the solution?

What can she do, jury? IS there a solution?
