Gunner & Michele took their show on the road last week, lining up for Grocery Outlet's annual celebrity turkey bowling tournament.

They didn't walk away with the top score, but Gunner tied for a tournament-high nine strikes!

Just in case you've never been on hand to see this ... um ... spectacle, the idea is to hurl a frozen turkey down a lane at 10 regulation bowling pins. Each competitor gets 10 rolls, and for every strike, Grocery Outlet donates a turkey to the bowler's chosen charity.

The event is a boon for local organizations like Northwest Harvest, the Salvation Army and other groups, who are stretched thin trying to provide for needy Yakima Valley families.

Besides the Morning Bull Pen, the competition drew bowlers from other radio stations, plus first responders from Yakima and Union Gap.
