Oct. 12 Is National Farmers Day — Celebrate the Hardworking Farmer [VIDEO]

It's time to celebrate the farmer. No matter what he or she grows or raises, they are farmers!Getting a farm going is no easy task. I am a farmer of sorts, and even my small farm takes a lot of work. I grow corn, tomatoes, potatoes and all the veggies you can think of. They grow in small proportions in comparison to the big farmer like my grandma. Where I have six rows of corn, she had 6,000 rows. She also had 5,000 acres that had cattle, sheep, goats, chickens, pigs and anything else you can think of. My grandma lived to be 103 and I am pretty sure it was because she was such a hard worker.

Farmers also raise animals for butcher. I cannot wait to graduate to that statues.
