The 5 Best Places to Get your Taco fix on National Taco Tuesday!

Not only is it Taco Tuesday, it's National Taco Day in America, sure we can go grab a party pack at the Taco Bell down the street, but the Yakima Valley is home to some of the best Mexican restaurants.

5.) El Mirador Express

El Mirador Express is a great place to grab a meal, with plenty of Mexican dishes to choose from you just can't go wrong with the classics. Their Tacos are so amazing it leaves other places around Washington to shame. It will take you by surprise.

4.) Tacos El Ray, on S 6th street 

Taco El Ray is a g spot for those who wanna grab a quick bite to eat, their Tacos are top tier good, where most places suffer on over surveying these guys get it right with the perfect balance of beans, rice, and the rest of the fixings to make sure nothing overpowers the delicious meat.

3.) Blue Hills Taqueria, on Tieton Drive 

Blue Hills promises some of the best street tacos you can find and they deliver on that. Their Tacos are old fashion with fresh tortillas, fresh veggies, and of course freshly cooked beef and chicken. Get your tacos the way you like, on the go with amazing quality food. Chipotle's got n on this place.

2.) El Rinconsito, on Nob Hill

El Rinconsito is another favorite of mine if you have quality food and a d I'm there. Almost every meal comes with a taco on the side and one you'll wish you had more of by the last bite. Something about it takes me back to being a kid and celebrating Taco Tuesday, sometimes nostalgia just can't be beaten.

1.) El Porton De Pepe on 5th ave

Once again an amazing Mexican restaurant with a d has won my heart over. One of the first Mexican places I went to after moving to Yakima and fell in love instantly, saying it's cooked fresh is an understatement, I'm not entirely positive that they don't run their own butcher shop and farm in the back. Fresh ingredients are a big thing here when every bite tastes better than the last, their tacos both soft or crunchy just can't be beaten and that's why it sits at number one on this list.
