Beyond the Bridge Screening at Davis High School in Yakima

All of the Yakima Valley are invited to attend a screening of the documentary Beyond the Bridge.

Beyond the Bridge is a film that looks at homelessness in the United States that covers actual people and what they went through. It also looks at the types of services that are out there for homeless people as well as others in their community.

It's an insightful look on how homelessness is viewed in America and argues that being homeless is more systemic than the individual not succeeding.

The entire event includes a reception before watching the movie. Then there'll be a Q&A panel afterwards which should further educate and inspire in hopes to end homelessness.
