Chris Cagle has just tweeted that after 15 years, he's retiring from country music and performing on the road. Cagle hit the country scene in 2000 and shot to the top of the charts with his first big single, "My Love Goes On and On". He will be sadly missed in these days of ever-changing musical tastes, but decided to hang it up after taking a photo of his daughter losing a tooth. He stated "I missed the first, but never again."

Cagle performed at the Central Washington State Fair back in 2002 and our favorite memory is of him throwing Bennie Bull from the stage shouting "give your love to The Bull"

He's amassed several top 10 hits and a huge No. 1 with "Breathe In, Breathe Out." He'll be leaving some big boots to fill.
