First Day of School Delayed for East Valley High School

Pretty much all schools in the Yakima Valley are into their 2019-20 school year, except the East Valley School District. Their official first day of school is Tuesday Sept. 3.

However, the first day of school for East Valley HIGH SCHOOL students has been delayed one day beyond that, due to construction on the new high school.

According to the East Valley School District's Facebook page, the first day of school for the high school is now Wednesday Sept. 4.

The first day of school for all other East Valley schools is still Tuesday, Sept. 3.
