This property is so private you can't just drop by to see it, you have to make an appointment. No doubt, it's because you'd probably need to rent a golf cart just to view every nook and cranny. I say "rent a golf cart" because there is NO way I would be walking around this 176 acre lot.

WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE ABOUT THIS EAST VALLEY RANCH?

If you owned this river ranch, you would have plenty of space for you to host your friends overnight if they wanted to come camp over in your backyard in their tents or RVs. That's what I would do, plus I'd host private concert parties and hoedowns if this was my place! I mean, HELLO!
