Wallethub recently published a list of the U.S. cities with the best and worst public transportation. Seattle came out on top.

I was kind of surprised to see that Seattle was on top. I honestly was more impressed with Portland's light rail system than I was with anything Seattle had to offer.

But think about it. Seattle has made some big improvements over the years. The Sounder train, the Link light rail and more. That Sounder train will take you from Tacoma to downtown Seattle (and cities in between), and drop you right next to CenturyLink Field. How great is that if you want to watch a Seahawks game and not deal with traffic?

And the Link light rail in Seattle continues to grow insanely fast.

How did Wallethub come up with the findings? According to the website; "WalletHub compared 100 cities across 17 key metrics. Our data set ranges from share of commuters who use public transit and average age of the fleet to number of injuries and peak hours spent in congestion."
