Cancer sucks. That is an absolute fact! I have yet to meet someone who has not been affected by this terrible disease or knows someone who has. Be it a friend or a family member, the impact it can have on a family is devastating. Emotionally and financially. This isn’t new news to anyone.

So when faced with such an obstacle as cancer, what can we do? Raise awareness and try to help out in whatever way we can, just like Henry Myers is doing this month. Henry is cycling 100 miles for the American Cancer Society and looking for donations to help in his goal!

“This is a very meaningful cause for me. ACS (American Cancer Society) has a platinum rating on GuideStar (the highest possible), so give with confidence!” – Henry Myers

Henry’s family has been affected by this terrible disease, and has decided to ride his bike in this hot heat to help raise awareness and funds so one day, we all can enjoy a world cancer free! Henry’s donation page is set up through Facebook and has been in contact with the American Cancer Society.

“Your support helps us provide patient services, like free lodging or rides to treatment. Or helps fund critical research to help end cancer as we know it.” – AMC

If you are able to donate, every little bit helps; you can do so on Henry's Facebook Donation page.
