Selah businesses are stepping up to help firefighters who had their vehicles vandalized Tuesday while fighting the Evans Canyon Fire. Bob and Stacy Dexter owners of Northwestern AutoGlass have reached out to the firefighters saying they'll replace the glass windows broken by vandals. Dexter says he's hoping to get all the vehicles together so they can be repaired at the same time. Right now 3 vehicles windows were broken when thieves on Tuesday night. He says there could be others. Brian Harris of Selah has offered the use of a shop to do the work and Johnson Auto Detail has offered to clean the vehicles.
Other businesses are willing to help as well.
