New Ellensburg Bowling and Arcade Center to Open This Summer

This family fun center has been years in the making, and finally Ellensburg locals (and travelers!) can't wait for the opening of a new bowling and arcade center. What was once the old Rodeo Bowl will become Strike Central, with a slated opening this June according to construction pics on their Facebook page.

Ellensburg Locals Can't Wait for the New Bowling Center to Open

The City of Ellensburg says the upcoming grand opening of Strike Central has been over 10 years in the making.

One Ellensburg local chimed in with her excitement on Strike Central's Facebook page, stating, "We are walking distance with 5 kids and are chomping at the bit!"

A Peek Inside the New Building

Keeping up with trends in repurposing, the new owners revealed that some of the metal being used to build the new bar inside the building stem from a local barn. How cool is that!

The bowling lanes appear to be coming along swimmingly. There's even going to be an arcade room, too, and a bar for the locals to get a swig of beer in while they handle the madness of the bowling games.

Strike Central will be located at 830 N Poplar St near the famous Campus U-Tote 'Em burger and shake joint on University Way in Ellensburg.
