It's happening again this year but the Fall 2021 Heritage Garden workshop on Saturday, November 6th will be on zoom because of concerns about the current pandemic.
If you like to take on home improvement projects or work in your yard -- or maybe you have ideas and big dreams about the next house or the "forever home" -- then this is your weekend!
The snow is finally melting and spring is around the corner which means it's the perfect time to start thinking about all of your home and garden projects. I've got the perfect event for you to attend in helping with all those chores --- it's the Yakima Home and Garden show!
One of my good friends Tina, whom I call a mini Martha Stewart, sent me this picture of her garden starts in Red Solo Cups.
So ... that got me thinking ... what else can you use a Red Solo Cup for?
We asked you on the 92.9 The Bull Facebook Page to tell us what you thought were the best summer fruits. Living in the Yakima Valley we are very fortunate to produce most of them in our backyard.
I'm sure summer is still on most of our minds, but there are some things we should plan for heading into fall. I'm not the gardening type, but I do occasionally hire professionals to get the basic job done. My wife and I have a giant tree that got a little out of control. It really needed a haircut. I called around and got bids on what it would take to get the job done.
