In-N-Out Burger is a famous burger chain well beloved by those mostly in California where they don't know what a proper burger is supposed to look or taste like. There is something fun about trying new foods that are well known in some regions and practically unheard of in others. Places like Steak and Shake, Shake Shack, Whataburger and, of course, In-N-Out Burger. Their super fast service is a favorite by so many but how far would you go to experience this for yourself? Well, though they're based in California, there are a couple locations closer to use than that.

If you want the full In-N-Out Burger experience then look no further than Keizer, Oregon.

Just north of Salem (south of Portland) just an eyelash under a 4 hour drive away you'll find our nearest, most closest In-N-Out Burger complete with 'monster' fries, shakes and more.

People go crazy for this stuff. If you wanna see what all the fuss is about, a pretty easy 228 miles from Yakima you can find out for yourself.

Oregon is home to a couple of In-N-Out Burger locations including a location further south in the Oregon town of Roseburg.'

Now if you're looking for that authentic California experience of an In-N-Out Burger in the state of California, the cloest location would be Eureka, California. 571 miles away you're looking at a good 11 hour drive. Good luck with that.

Again, they're okay at best in my opinion but it is that chain you hear about and have to try for yourself. I wouldn't put them down if they built a location in Washington state. I'd love it if they did. In the meantime, we already have the best burgers at our local spots so I'm good.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
