AAA says if you're looking for the best deal speak with a travel agent

“Across the nation, we’ve seen a notable increase in travel bookings with AAA in early spring, which is a strong indication of what to expect this summer,” says Michelle Glass, AAA Washington Vice President, Travel Services. “While booking in advance often provides you the luxury of low prices and lots of inventory to choose from, travel agents have the inside scoop on last-minute deals that you might not find yourself.”

Taking the family on a car trip? Make those reservations now not at the last minute

If you're traveling by vehicle the average price of gas is $4.15 a gallon. In Washington State the average price is $4.69 a gallon.
