Yakima and Selah to Host Easter Egg Hunts 2022: Register Your Excited Kids Now
Make your plans now to register your excited kids for Easter Egg Hunts in the Yakima Valley! So far, I know of two announced events so check back with me closer to Easter time for a list of more! There's one listed for Selah where you don't need to register beforehand, hosted by the Lions Club, and another in Yakima hosted by the Parks and Rec. You will need to pre-register kids for the one in Yakima (see below).
April is going to be a fun month around here unless your child is afraid of The Easter Bunny!
SELAH EASTER EGG HUNT 2022
Selah Lions Club Easter Egg Hunt 2022
WHEN: Saturday, April 16th from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
WHERE: Wixson Park, 216 S 3rd St, Selah, WA
AGES: Children will be allowed to participate in the egg hunt according to their age group:
- 11 years old to 15 years old
- 5 years old to 10 years old
- Toddlers up to age 4 years old
COST: Free to the public, no pre-registration is needed
YAKIMA EASTER EGG HUNT 2022
Yakima Parks and Recreation's Easter Egg Hunt 2022! Registration ends Friday, April 15th. Please note: Your child MUST be pre-registered for the event in order to participate in the egg hunt and candy dash!
WHO: Hosted by Yakima Parks and Rec and The Easter Bunny (who will be available for pictures with the kids)
WHAT: Annual Easter Egg Hunt/Candy Dash
WHEN: Saturday, April 16th. Parents and Guardians are strongly encouraged to check in each child at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled age egg hunt/candy dash listed below.
AGES:
- 7 years to 11 years old: 1:40 p.m.
- 4 years to 6 years old: 12:50 p.m.
- Toddlers up to age 3 years old: 12:00 p.m.
WHERE: Location information for the Easter Egg Hunt/Candy Dash has not been disclosed yet on the YakimaParks.com website, so call (509) 575-6020 for the exact location.
REGISTRATION: Use this link provided by Yakima Parks and Rec's SportsSite portal to register your child for the applicable age group.
COST: Children ages 4 years to 11 years old: $8.00. Toddlers up to age 3 years old: $5
