There's a free event that will cover wildfire safety hosted by Pacific Power happening at State Fair Park and everyone is welcome to attend.

Coming up on Monday at 5:30 p.m. Pacific Power is hosting a free open house at State Fair Park that will go over wildfire safety and prevention.

The purpose of this free seminar is to learn more about wildfire preparedness, public safety, and electric system reliability.

There will also be refreshments available.

You can directly ask questions to the experts in a very casual setting.

It's set to last two hours, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. but you don't need to attend for the entire time. You can pop in and leave whenever you'd like. If you just have a quick question for the pros, swing by and ask them directly. No emails, no phone calls, one-on-one communication always works best.

Not just wildfire preparedness, but if you have any questions about Pacific Power billing or your account, they'll be able to ask them on location as well.

An American Sign Language (ASL) signer will also be on hand for those hard of hearing or deaf you prefer the use of ASL for your convenience..
