There's a new spot for sandwiches, salads, coffee, desserts, and more and it's one you've gotta see for yourself.

Check out The Willow Cafe and Market at 3512 Tieton Dr.

I heard they just opened so I had to check them out for myself. Great location, nice and spacious on the inside. In the corners of my eye I saw a couple of tables selling items as well which was neat, but I was immediately drawn to the desserts in the case but they also had a full lunch menu as well as drinks you could order, along with specialty and seasonal drinks.

The more I looked over the menu, the more I was amazed with all of the unique items I don't see anyone else in Yakima carrying.

They had some great sounding breakfast options from breakfast sandwiches to a Cantaloupe Ring which sounded great.

Plenty of naan options like a ham n cheese naan or pizza naan that I'm sure my kids would love (as well as myself).

They even had boards, perfect for snacking like a charcuterie platter and a pretzcuterie which was pretzel, meats, cheese and pistachios. I'll have to get that sometime when I'm dining in.

Lots of sandwiches, salads and desserts as well. I opted for the grilled apricot brie.

It was apricot preserved and grilled brie with bacon on sourdough. It was perfect.

I didn't just want to order the one thing so I also grabbed toasted strawberries from the dessert menu.

These were strawberries dipped in marshmallow cream, toasted and drizzled with chocolate. They were great.

There's a lot more I'd like to try like the strawberry feta salad, the caprese sandwich and pretty much every other dessert like the cobbler and the caramel apple board.

Check out The Willow on 35th and Tieton. I think you'll love it.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
