Subway Rolls Out the New Crunchy Chicken Enchilada Melt [Food Review]

It's finally here, the new Crunchy Chicken Enchilada Melt from Subway. Sounds like something you would find at Taco Bell rather than Subway, but why not try to branch out if you are Subway. This sandwich is not available at every Subway just yet, but it is available in Yakima and I thought I would give it a try.

The flavor of the enchilada sauce is good and full. You can taste the spices and it's not to spicy. I like the frito's on the sandwich, because it gives it a fresh crunch. You can add whatever other veggies you like, but it's very much like a fancy taco. I would say it's not something I would order every time, but if I'm craving some fast fun food...this is the one.
