But what are some illegal pizza toppings? Well, if you're making a pizza in Washington State, here are a few toppings you're sure to not find on any menus around here.

Thanks to the Washington Animal Trafficking Act, there are several meat options that are not allowed in Washington State and, thus, you can't have on your pizza.
Here's a quick list of foods you can't eat, even on a delicious pizza.

And not just meat, too. Some veggies aren't allowed for consumption in the United States and, thus, are banned from your pizza.

Popular in Central America but not allowed in the United States due to it being classified as a noxious weed and not good for cattle.
Japanese Knotweed
They say it tastes a bit like a lemon-y rhubarb which sounds great. Unfortunately, it's on the invasive species list for United States.
So, yes, the debate for pineapple on pizza may go on forever, so long as your Hawaiian pizza doesn't include any of these toppings as well.
