Sushi sounded good the other day.

Sushi sounds good every day, but all the same, it sounded especially good on this particular day.

We live in a great time in Yakima right now. There was a time not long ago where Yakima didn't much for sushi options. There'd be a random place here and there but nothing much, really. Maybe Yakima wasn't ready for it, I'm not sure.

Now we have over 5 decent options for sushi and that's not even counting the sushi counter at Fred Meyer, Winco or anywhere else like that.

I found myself in one of my favorite places for sushi in town, Ozeki's, on 16th and Summitview.

Admittedly it had been a while since I was last here and the previous times I would place an order to go without even looking at a menu, I'd just start naming off common rolls and of course they would have.

This time we decided to dine-in and I'm glad we did. Their menu has expanded since I was last there and, after watching all the anime I can muster, I recognize several of the dishes. But I'm here for sushi today. The port katsu will wait until next time.

One of the rolls that popped out of the menu was a BTS Dynamite Roll. So many places will have a dynamite roll, but this was special.

A dynamite roll is a sushi roll that often as tempura shrimp, cucumber and avocado with a spicy mayo sauce drizzled over it. It makes it a great roll for beginners as it doesn't contain raw fish, if the thought of raw fish makes you squeamish.

This BTS Dynamite Roll was perfect in every regard and the presentation looked amazing as well.

Each slice of the roll was the perfect bite every time. This BTS Dynamite roll is definitely a reason to order at Ozeki's. Dine in if you can but get it to go if you must.

The other items on the sushi menu are amazing, too. I can't wait to go back.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
