Washington State Ranks 2nd place of all states in the United States.

The only state doing better than Washington State is the state of Hawaii.
Here are a few more stats about Washington State being second place for best budgeters in the United States.
Washington State is 3rd for non-mortgage debt as a percentage of income.
Washington State is 5th for housing expenses as a percentage of median home price.
Washington State is 5th for average credit score.
Washington State is 8th for percentage of total non-housing expenses to median income.
The bottom three states for budgets would be Mississippi in last place, followed by Louisiana and Oklahoma.
