Personal Thoughts on Fair Food

I am a freak for food, especially fair food. I love it and it loves me! My diet in the past has normally been right AFTER the fair. These days I am working on just making better choices all the time and for special occasions, it's go time. Enter The Central Washington State Fair!

Elephant Ear - My go-to due to it's deliciousness and here's a pro-tip. If you want to re-heat any left-overs, your air fryer turns into your best friend.

Chocolate Dipped Cheesecake - This is a favorite of mine. St. John's Cheesecakes are delicious and normally come in cupcake sizes thru the year but during the fair you get a slice they dip in the chocolate and it is divine!

Deep Fried Treats - One year I went around and tried as many as a could. Most are bomb, the only one I wouldn't get again is the deep fried Twinkie. It just turns into a fried sugar ball due to the filling
