Does It Turn Women Off If Guys Pay The Bill On First Dates?

OK, I'm about to show my age with this one: A new survey says that most women think it's a turnOFF if a man pays on the first date. They would rather split the bill.

I'm gonna guess that the majority of the women surveyed were millennials or the younger generation.

I grew up in an era when the guy always paid and you know what? I'm perfectly fine with it. I never felt like I owed a guy anything at the end of the date. I guess I like the feeling that I'm being taken care of in some way.

Don't get me wrong, I'm pretty darn independent. But it's nice to have someone take care of the bill.
