Getting someone's name tattooed on you: Good or bad idea?

Perez Hilton's boyfriend, Chris, recently had her name tattooed across his forearm in Disney font.

I personally don't have a tattoo, but that's my choice and I don't mind others getting them. My 19-year-old son recently got a tattoo, but not of someone's name.
