Left-Handers Struggle to Get It Right

Happy International Left-Handers Day to all my lefties! My oldest is a lefty and my youngest is ambidextrous.

I've watched them navigate everyday life using items suited for us righties. Things that us right-handers just take for granted -

• Spiral notebooks
• Three-ring binders
• Baseball gloves
• Scissors
• Ink all over their hands
• Hitting elbows at the table with a right-handed eater.
• Driver's cup is on the right side.
• Can openers
• Gaming controllers.
• Learning how to tie neckties
