Largest Capacity Restaurant In Washington Serves Up Scenic Meals
A while back we looked at the restaurant with the smallest capacity in Washington State, so that got me thinking about the one with the largest capacity. Certainly there's a restaurant in Washington that seats over 100 or maybe 200 people.
As it turns out, there's a restaurant that has the seating capacity of 1,000.
Smith? Party of one-thousand?
Imagine a restaurant that can seat over 1,000 people.
That's what you'll find at The Grand Summit at Crystal Mountain Resort.

According to Point of Sales Service website Toast, The Grand Summit is known for its great view of Mt. Rainier and the skiing nearby at the resort but also has the ability to seat 1,000 people comfortably.
I wonder what the wait times would be for something like that?
Well, with over 200 employees according to Growjo it may be about the same as anywhere else. 1000 to 200 is the same as having one waiter for every 5 tables. Of course some of those staff have to be manning the kitchen and all that, too. It probably averages out about the same.

No Reservations, but can order in advance
You're free to just walk right in, though if you do have a large party, they ask you email in advance, including the confirmed menu selections and pay in advance and they can help. That's kind of nice. You just show up and they can already be prepared.

The menu looks like what you'd expect from a dining experience like this.
Not a vast menu. A couple salads, a burger, salmon chowder, salmon fish and chips. Menu items like that.
