Here Are the Smartest and Dumbest States in America

I came across a study that ranked the smartest states by looking at graduation rates and ACT & SAT test scores.

Washington state is neither the smartest nor dumbest. We're in the middle somewhere.

The smartest: New Jersey, Utah, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Montana, Virginia, Kansas, Wisconsin, Oregon and Minnesota.

Can we call these next states "dumb" because they're ranked the lowest? Well, why not? Idaho came in last, followed by Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Louisiana, Alaska, Hawaii, Mississippi, Ohio and Kentucky.
