USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued a statement about Hillshire Brands and a corn dog and sausage-on-a-stick recall that has something of 58 million pounds of food being recalled.
These were sold in stores, online, and even shipped to schools and, according to the FSIS, were even shipped to Department of Defense facilities nationwide.

Look for EST-582 or P-894 on the packaging itself.
Why are corn dogs being recalled?
The recall comes after multiple complaints and 5 injuries from fragments the wooden sticks could be in the batter, too.
The list of what is being recalled is massive. Fortunately, the FSIS has it listed and easy to read on their site.
Even better are the photos of what the boxes look like including the State Fair brand Corn Dogs and the Jimmy Dean pancakes and sausage on a stick. You can see the varieties in those photos.
