The dreaded core strengthening exercise -- the "plank" -- has now been taken to the extreme. For you fitness junkies out there, will this be the next challenge you take on?

Dana Glowacka did what I thought was next to impossible -- she held a plank for four hours and 20 minutes. Let me repeat that: FOUR HOURS AND 20 MINUTES!! Which is also a world record for a woman. She shattered the previous record holder by almost an hour!

Think you can beat that? I'm guessing you probably need some practice to get to that level, and if you do that's OK because there is a group for you! It's literally called the "Plank Training Club" and they have a marathon coming up. You can join and digitally enjoy the 15-minute plank-holding marathon!
