RADIOTHON TO RAISE FUNDS FOR LOCAL KIDS – FRIDAY!

This year has been challenging, to say the least, for almost everyone, everywhere. A pandemic isn't something to take lightly, and we've had to make adjustments in just about every aspect of life.

But what about the families of children with special health care needs? These families and children have already been facing tough challenges every day. So, the events of 2020 haven't made things any easier. That's why this year, perhaps more than ever before, your help is needed!

IT'S ALL HAPPENING TOMORROW (Friday)! - your local Ace Hardware stores present The Children’s Miracle Network - One Call, One Miracle Radiothon. All donations will stay right here in our Valley – sustaining future programs and services at Children’s Village and Memorial’s NICU and Pediatrics Unit. Listen to this station on October 16th and call in your donation to the Academy Mortgage Phone Bank. Change Kid’s Health, Change the Future.

The One Call One Miracle Radiothon will air live tomorrow, on five local Townsquare Media stations:

• 92.9 FM The Bull  6:00 am- 6:00 pm
• NewsTalk 1280 AM  6:00 am- 1:00 pm
• 99.3 FM Mega  6:00am - 10:00am
• 94.5 KATS  6:00am - 10:00am
• 107.3 KFFM  2:00pm - 6:00pm

Each hour of the event will highlight a local Miracle child who receives services at Virginia Mason Memorial and share the impact of those programs on the child. During special "Power" Hours (7 am, 8 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 5 pm) all donations up to $1,500 will be matched by Yakima Federal Savings and Loan Association, Baird Wealth Management, BBM Financial, Dolsen Companies, Howard's Medical, Office Solutions Northwest, Apple King, Gress-Kinney-Parrish Insurance and Yakima Pediatric Dentistry.

All funds raised through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals stay in the Yakima Valley to support more than 13,000 babies and children at Virginia Mason Memorial. Donations support Children’s Village and Virginia Mason Memorial’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Unit, and The Family Birthplace.
