The Hawaiian Food at the CWSF Will Make You Shout, “Aloha!”
There is definitely no lack of food options at the Central Washington State Fair. From corn dogs to pizza to doughnuts to elephant ears and just about anything else you can think of on a stick, the fair will have it for you.
Walking down one of the many aisles we noticed this booth selling authentic Hawaiian food. We were immediately ingrigued.
I'm a huge fan of Hawaiian food. Kalua pork, Huli Huli chicken, Spam musubi - I'm down for it all.
The good news is you don't need to travel all the way to Hawaii to get a taste of the islands as this booth at the Central Washington State Fair has exactly what you're looking for and at decent prices.
Best of all, so much of it comes with rice which will make sure you're satisfied until you decide to grab more fair food.
You wouldn't think much of Spam musubi and it's a favorite to us. It's like extra large sushi but with Spam. It's fantastic.
I had the Hawaiian pulled pork as you see in the photo and it was so much we couldn't even finish it all. It came with rice and macaroni salad.
They had plenty more items on the menu which will give us a reason to return and try something else next time.
If you're looking for something more satisfying to eat at the Central Washington State Fair, check out the Hawaiian booth. You'll find it near the back down one of the aisles on the back end of the ag building by the barns (between the area where I see some horse stuff sometimes and the giant BBQ area).
