This is Washington State’s #1 ‘Bucket List’ Restaurant
The concept of the bucket list is an intriguing one.
The idea that, within your lifetime, it's something you want to try or experience.
To many it's ideas like skydiving or scuba diving.

To some it may be to visit someplace far away like France or Japan.
And to some it may even be to eat at a certain restaurant or try a certain food.
Food website Love Good posted the top bucket list restaurants and the one listed for Washington State takes fine dining to a whole 'nother level.
What is the #1 Bucket List Restaurant for Washington State?
If you find yourself in Seattle, the place to be is Canlis.
I've never been.
I'm sure the food is fantastic, and we'll get to that in a moment, but looking at the building I can see why this place would be considered a bucket list. It's A.) can't be cheap and B.) I bet it has an amazing view.
Canlis is in the Queen Anne area of Seattle. Kind of between where the Space Needle is and Fremont.
The menu isn't your typical restaurant menu. It's one of those dining experiences where it's a multi-course meal of smaller items. The place where the plate is too big and the portions are too small, but with all the portions you get of this and that, I'm sure it'll be fine.
For $180 per person, I would hope it would be.
This place has been there since 1950 and offers a view though their giant windows overlooking that area of Seattle along with Lake Union and the mountains in the background.
Check out Canlis sometime and maybe you'll understand why it would be on many people's bucket list.
