Up your Mac & Cheese Game with this Truffle Mac & Cheese Found in Ellensburg

I, once, had someone from the corporate office come into town and we went out to eat. He was originally from Seattle but was currently living in New York. I suggested since he just got into town we should grab something to eat before he got all 'corporate office' on me the next day and we could find a connection chatting about cool stuff in Seattle. We went to a local place and looked over the menu. I said the mac & cheese was good. He replied with how he can't have mac & cheese because he can't get over how he views mac & cheese as food for kids.

Anyway, he's no longer works for the company. Not because of that statement, but it always stuck with me whenever I see mac & cheese on the menu anywhere. He was super cool, his views on mac & cheese are lame.

I'm here to say, mac & cheese is great anywhere for all ages. I'm probably alive today thanks to mac & cheese and some of the best is a place that has it on the menu in Ellensburg.

This mac & cheese at The Roadhouse Grill is next-level, too, as it incorporate truffle along with options to have chicken, bacon, or something. I stopped reading the menu after bacon so that's what was ordered.

You get a lot for the value. Like, almost too much. Nothing wrong with that as it reheats just fine.

The Roadhouse Grill in Ellensburg is worth checking out for plenty of great food and drink options, but this mac & cheese must be experienced.
