Washington State ranked 1st for existence of digital learning plan.
Washington State ranked 1st for 10-year change in teacher salaries.
Washington State ranked 2nd for average salary for teachers, adjusting for cost of living.
Washington State ranked 4th for average starting salary for teachers, adjusted for cost of living.
Washington State ranked 14th for public-school spending per student.
Washington State ranked 14th for projected competition in year 2032.
Washington State ranked 21st for quality of school system.

First place goes to Virginia followed by Utah before reaching Washington State in 3rd place.

The worst state for teachers is, believe it or not, Hawaii, followed by Montana and Maine.
