Wild Mushroom Show in Yakima This Weekend

Who would have thought that Yakima has a Wild Mushroom show, and it's happening on Saturday at the Yakima Arboretum.

1401 Arboretum Drive from 1-5pm - Find mushrooms shaped like pig's ears or even smelling like shrimp. Some will be as small as a grain of rice and others as big as a flat screen TV. Roughly 100 different types of mushrooms will be on display and each will be labeled and categorized as edible, poisonous, or valueless as food. Bring in your own mushroom finds for identification. This family friendly event will appeal to people of all ages.
