Yakima’s First Washington Robotics Competition is This Weekend and it’s Free!
Something fun happening here in town starting today through March 18 is a Sundome FRC Event. Perfect opportunity to get involved or if you just want to spectate. Best of all, it's free to check out.
This may be a wonderful opportunity for you or your friends and family to get involved in a new hobby. If robotics is something you've always been curious about and were maybe curious to look into it deeper you could show up and ask them questions you may have to get yourself started in something like this.
Might be fun just to see for yourself in person.
The pits are open tonight from 5pm - 8pm.
Tomorrow has a packed schedule with pits open, practice rounds and inspections starting at 8 a.m.
Opening ceremonies start at 11 a.m.
Shortly there after the first qualifying matches are bound to begin just around 11:15 a.m. and go from there with a break for lunch.
Nice, too, they're planning on streaming this event on Twitch.
