Are There Any Odd Things That Scare Your Child?

Saturday morning at about 7:45am I’m laying in bed awake, but not wanting to get out of bed. I hear the TV from the other room BEEP, BEEP, BEEP followed by a message that I can’t understand. It’s an EAS Test. Then … I hear a scream … and crying followed by “DADDY … DADDDY!!!!” This is loud crying … the kind your child makes when they are scared. It’s Shaylee and for some reason the EAS Test has just scared her to death.
I don’t know if it’s her age or if it’s because it’s so close to Halloween and scarey things are everywhere?
