How Do You Squash a Co-worker Crush?

You spend a lot of time with your co-workers -- 8, 10 or sometimes 12 hours a day.

You can actually be closer with your co-workers than family, friends or your significant other.

This can sometimes result in a co-worker crush. Sometimes this crush is mutual and other times it's NOT.

When a co-worker crush arises, how do you deal with it?
