If There Were No Turkeys For Thanksgiving What Would You Cook?

What's the worst thing that could happen for Thanksgiving? A turkey shortage?

Butterball has announced a fresh turkey shortage on turkeys weighing more than 16 pounds. The company says it's due to a decline in weight gains on some of the farms, causing a limited availability of fresh large turkeys.

This got me thinking, what would I cook if there were no turkeys? Probably ham or prime rib.
