Is Gunner A Bad Parent?

A couple of weeks ago I found out from our lovely receptionist, Sarah that Gunner left his 3 month old baby asleep in his vehicle while he ran into grab something from his office. He claims it was for only about 5 minutes. Sarah says it was more like 10 to 15 minutes.

Gunner thinks that he is not the only parent who has done is. Does this make him a bad parent?
