Is It Okay To Send Out A New Year’s Card Instead Of A Christmas Card?

Christmas cards, another item on my to-do list that I have to try to squeeze in getting done in an insanely short amount of time!

This year, is extra difficult since I seem to be missing my Christmas Spirit due to the passing of my dad a couple months ago. It's all I can do to muster up the strength to get what I have to do for Christmas done.

I usually love sending out a family photo Christmas card and since I've ran out of time to do a Christmas card, I was considering sending out a New Year's card after Christmas.

But is that lazy, cheesy or not within the realm of Christmas card etiquette?

Is it okay to send out a New Year's card instead of a Christmas card?
