My First Chaperoning Experience

Last night was the first time that I've been a chaperon at my sons dance. He was NOT happy when I informed him that I would be a chaperon at his 8th grade celebration dance. Normally, the Naches Valley Middle School 7th and 8th grade dances are held during the day with the school faculty as chaperon's. The 8th grade celebration dance gives the kids their first night time dance as they get ready to become high school freshmen.

I was afraid with my being there that he wouldn't dance, but that didn't stop him. He was out on the dance floor doing the Macarena and the YMCA.

This group of kids are pretty good and well behaved, so their wasn't any problems.

Congratulations to the Naches Valley Class of 2016! Thank you to all the hard working parents who helped make their night special.
