Trying to eat healthy can be challenging, especially when you're a busy working mom on the go.

Since I'm up early for my job, I eat breakfast at around 5 a.m. Lunch is anywhere from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., depending on the day. Dinner can be anywhere from 5-8 p.m.

I struggle between lunch and dinner. I'm in need of some healthy, low-calorie snacks that are filling, but can be quick and convenient.
